Will it say something wrong?

No — because it only ever answers based on information you've approved. If a guest asks something your warden isn't set up to handle, it will say it doesn't know and direct them to contact you instead. It will never guess.

Will guests know they're talking to an AI?

We'd always recommend being transparent — and most guests today are completely comfortable with it. Your warden can introduce itself clearly and still feel warm and helpful. What matters to guests is getting a fast, accurate answer. The Digital Warden delivers that.

Can I see all the conversations?

Yes. You have a full view of every chat your warden has. If questions are coming up that it can't answer well, just let us know and we'll update it.

What happens if it doesn't know the answer?

It will tell the guest it can't help with that one, and suggest they call or message you directly. It won't make things up, and it won't leave guests confused.

Does it replace me?

No. It handles the repetitive, time-consuming questions so you can focus on the things that actually need you. Anything complex, nuanced, or personal still comes to you.

Can it take bookings?

It doesn't take bookings directly, but it can send guests straight to your booking page — whether that's Pitchup, Campsite.co.uk, or your own direct booking link. Guests who are ready to book get there faster, which means fewer drop-offs.

Does it work on WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram?

Yes. The Digital Warden connects to your WhatsApp Business number, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram DMs — as well as your campsite website. One warden covering every place guests already contact you.

What if my information changes?

Just let us know. Changed your check-out time? Added a new glamping pod? Updated the fire pit rules? We update your warden — usually within 24 hours. It always reflects the current truth about your site.

Do I need to be technical to use this?

Not at all. You fill in a questionnaire about your site. We do everything else. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you'll be absolutely fine with your side of the process.

How much does it cost?

The Digital Warden is priced at £599 set up cost and then an on going £99 per month, this can be cancelled at anytime.

How long does it take?

If you're just getting started with the AI assistant we can usually have those live within a week of receiving all your campsite information. You give us your info, we handle the rest.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime with no penalty at all. The wardens requires active hosting and maintenance to function.
